Place 10 heaped tablespoons of dough on the trays, spaced well apart so they can spread. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the edges are firm but the centres are still soft; they firm up as they cool. Leave on the tray for a short while and eat warm, or move to a rack to cool fully. They keep in an airtight tin for three days.
